Everland, operated by the Resort Division of Samsung C&T Corporation, announced on March 3 that it will unveil a new 'Team Everland' membership program starting April 1, significantly enhancing benefits for season pass holders. This membership is designed to provide various perks to customers who visit Everland regularly and represents the idea that Everland and its customers are connected as a single team.

Team Everland members will enjoy the 'Early Park-in' benefit, allowing entry through a dedicated gate from 9 a.m., earlier than general visitors. This enables members to access popular attractions such as Safari World, Lost Valley, and Amazon Express up to one hour before regular opening hours. This benefit is available during the high-traffic spring (April to June) and autumn (September to November) seasons, maximizing its value for visitors.
The 'We Pick' program, a special gift for membership holders, will also be operated. Each month, customers can select and use one of several designated coupons. Options include ▲exclusive parade viewing zones ▲reserved seats for circus performances ▲beverage vouchers ▲merchandise discount coupons ▲Caribbean Bay admission tickets, and more, allowing members to choose benefits that best suit their visit purpose.
The interactive event 'One-team Inside' lets Team Everland members experience the daily work of Everland staff. Each month, different programs will be planned, such as learning dances as an Amazon Express cast member or dining at the Everland employee cafeteria, 'Everbob.' These benefits will be provided through lottery events on the website and app.
Team Everland customers will receive a membership photo card and a lanyard with a dedicated QR code, making park entry and Som Point accumulation and usage more convenient.
Season pass holders with types other than the 365 Season Pass can upgrade to a 365 Season Pass starting in April by paying an additional fee based on the remaining period, thereby accessing Team Everland membership benefits. A special Team Everland Early Bird event is also being held for new sign-ups by March 22, allowing members to extend their 365 Season Pass benefits until the end of March next year.
An Everland representative stated, "We launched this membership by gathering special benefits that have never been offered before, as a token of appreciation for our 365 Season Pass holders who have been with Everland," adding, "Through Team Everland, we will work together with our customers to create an even better park experience."
