On March 3, NHN Payco announced that it has partnered with the lifestyle design brand Kitty Bunny Pony to launch a limited edition of the Payco Point Card, called the Happy Pony Edition.
The Payco Point Card "Happy Pony Edition" features Kitty Bunny Pony’s signature pony motif pattern, "Happy Pony," symbolizing the Year of the Horse in 2026. The card uses a warm brown base color and incorporates Kitty Bunny Pony’s unique pattern design.
The Payco Point Card can be used without an annual fee, and an unlimited 0.3% of domestic offline payment amounts is accumulated as points. In addition, additional points or instant discount benefits are offered each month for popular brands and partner merchants, enhancing practicality.
The card is also highly versatile for overseas use. Regardless of the previous month’s spending, both overseas transaction fees and ATM withdrawal fees are waived. Users can make convenient payments anywhere in the world through VISA contactless payments. Notably, payments can be made directly in Korean won without the need for currency exchange, eliminating forex fees and reducing the hassle of re-exchanging unused balances after returning to Korea.
To celebrate the launch of the new edition, NHN Payco is holding a variety of events. Customers who issue and register the card by March 15 will be entered into a draw to win a "Happy Pony Plush Cushion." Additionally, customers who newly issue the card and make payments totaling over 5,000 won by the end of this month will receive an extra 1,000 points. Especially, customers born in the Year of the Horse who issue and register the card by the end of this month will be offered a special coupon pack containing three types of instant discount coupons, which can be used immediately in the Payco app.
The limited edition "Happy Pony Edition" can be issued through the Payco app until June 30. Along with this, to broaden customer choices, NHN Payco will also re-release two types of the "Bunny" Editions, which sold out quickly and received positive feedback when first launched in 2024, in limited quantities. Both editions can be applied for until June 30, but due to limited quantities, issuance may end early if stock runs out.
