For Customers Visiting Service Centers from February 11 to 13
Hyundai Motor Company (including Genesis) and Kia announced on January 29 that they will conduct a special free inspection service at their nationwide service centers from February 11 to 13 in celebration of the Lunar New Year holiday.
This special inspection for the holiday includes: ▲ Basic checks (brake pads, air conditioning system, tires, lighting system) ▲ Engine room inspection (oils, coolant, washer fluid, battery) ▲ EV-specific inspection (coolant and high-voltage battery). After the inspection, washer fluid will also be provided free of charge as an additional service.
Customers wishing to receive the free inspection can obtain a coupon through each brand’s customer service applications-from February 2 to 4-such as MyHyundai, HyundaiCertified, Kia App, and MYGENESIS.
Hyundai and Genesis customers can visit any Bluehands location nationwide, while Kia customers can visit official service centers or Auto Q locations. By presenting the free inspection coupon, they can receive the inspection service.
A Hyundai Motor Company and Kia representative stated, "We have prepared this free inspection service to help ensure our customers’ safe journey home for the holiday," adding, "We will continue to prioritize customer safety and further strengthen our vehicle inspection and customer services in the future."
