Noise Issues from Internet BJs Persist Every Year
An appeal posted by a resident, who claims to be suffering due to a neighbor causing noise while livestreaming in a multi-family housing complex, is attracting attention.
On December 2, an online community featured an appeal titled "To Those Running Adult Broadcasts as BJs." Resident A wrote, "I'm really sick of the moaning reaction sounds. As a normal person, those noises disgust me and make me want to throw up," adding, "If you're going to make those sounds, I hope you rent out the entire villa so you can make noise and dance all you want."
Resident A also complained that it was difficult to live a normal life because of the thumping noises even after the broadcast ended in the early morning. A said, "It's not like you're the only one living here, so why do you spend half the day making reaction noises and dancing, and the other half thumping around?" expressing anger by saying, "You must have gone to elementary school-didn't you learn basic manners and common sense?"
As the post spread, online users responded with comments such as, "I'm curious which BJ it is," "People like that don't realize they're causing trouble," and "Even if you tell them, I wonder if they'll understand."
The issue of noise from internet broadcasters is a recurring problem every year. Last year, a well-known BJ apologized after a conflict with a downstairs neighbor over noise, and in 2023, a sign was posted at the entrance of a building where a female BJ lived, saying, "It's too noisy. Please close your windows while broadcasting or take some action," and "Why do I have to listen to your broadcast in real time?"
