Grand Prize Winner "Ulsan U-Jam Task Force" Among 10 Selected Works
Discovering Ulsan's Hidden Gems... 55 Years of Ulsan Captured Through the Lens.
The Ulsan Metropolitan Government announced that "Ulsan U-Jam Task Force," co-produced by Kwon Soonhyeong, Kim Hakjun, and Um Sejin, was selected as the grand prize winner at the "2025 Ulsan Metropolitan City U-Jam Video Contest."
This contest, held from May to October 2025, aimed to promote Ulsan's appeal and create content for tourism marketing.
A total of 40 entries were submitted, and a panel of experts evaluated the planning, completeness, originality, and practical value of each work, ultimately selecting 10 winners.
The grand prize-winning entry, "Ulsan U-Jam Task Force," was praised for naturally showcasing Ulsan's diverse tourist attractions through an entertaining variety show format. Innovative techniques such as wrapping were highly regarded.
The top excellence awards went to two works: "Ulsan's Contrast" (Kim Minsu) and "Welcome! All Together, Talk Talk Ulsan" (Lee Hwangjun).
The excellence awards were given to "Where Is Your Ulsan?" (Kim Sujin), "Of Course, It's Ulsan" (Kim Hyein and three others), and "U-Jam Judging Panel" (Kang Naeun and three others).
The encouragement awards went to "I Love Ulsan" (Yu Kangmin and two others), "Cinema In Ulsan" (Lee Taeseop and three others), "Ulsan's Best Tourist Attraction" (Lee Hoyoung), and "Soomteori's U-Jam Journey" (Lee Inyoung and one other).
The awards ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. on the 3rd floor of the Ulsan City Council on November 28, 2025. The grand prize winner will receive 3 million won, each top excellence award winner will receive 1.5 million won, each excellence award winner will receive 1 million won, and each encouragement award winner will receive 500,000 won.
An official from the Ulsan Metropolitan Government stated, "Many entries featured fresh ideas and diverse stories. The winning works will be posted on Ulsan's official YouTube channel and social media platforms for active use in city promotion."
