Soyohoe is a consultative body composed of heads of related organizations and public institutions within Dongducheon, discussing local issues and areas of cooperation, and taking the lead in establishing a cooperative system for the city's development.
Mayor Park Hyungdeok, who serves as the president, said, "I hope our neighbors struggling with rapid climate change can spend a warm winter," adding, "I am grateful to all the officials who joined us in making Dongducheon a happier city. We will pay even closer attention to neighbors in need so that all citizens can share in this happiness together."
