Busan Urban Corporation Holds BMC Hope House and Facility Repair Dedication Ceremony

Environmental Improvement Project at the Youth Hope Platform "Da:irum"

Busan Urban Corporation (BMC, President Shin Changho) announced on the 18th that it held the "2025 BMC Hope House and Facility Repair Dedication Ceremony" at the Yeongdo-gu Youth Hope Platform "Da:irum" on the 17th.

This dedication ceremony was organized to commemorate the successful completion of the space improvement project for local youth and to share the significance of the project with citizens. Key stakeholders, including Shin Changho, President of Busan Urban Corporation, Park Younghee, Director of Future Strategy at Yeongdo-gu Office, Lee Gwanghoe, Secretary General of Habitat for Humanity Korea, and Seon Byungkwon, Director of Yeongdo-gu Comprehensive Social Welfare Center, attended the event. They shared the progress of the project and toured the improved facilities together.

"Da:irum" in Yeongdo-gu is a multi-purpose space where young people can study, receive career and employment counseling, and participate in community activities. Through this project, environmental improvements such as restroom repairs, interior painting, and furniture support were carried out. As a result, a comfortable space was provided for young people to continue their growth and challenges.

Shin Changho, President of Busan Urban Corporation, stated, "This project is not just about renovating facilities, but is an important activity that creates opportunities and hope for local youth," adding, "We will continue to expand our social contribution activities that enhance the quality of life for citizens and strengthen the local community."
