This event aims to provide job seekers with practical employment opportunities, address local companies' workforce shortages, and revitalize the regional economy.

Seventeen leading local companies, including Isu Petasys, Pyeonghwa Oil Seal, and Asia Tech, will participate in the fair. These companies plan to conduct on-site interviews and hire immediately for a range of positions, including management, office work, quality control, development, design, and production. The total number of positions available is 209, making this fair a truly practical platform for direct employment matching between job seekers and companies.

This year, Dalseong-gun has been holding job fairs in a rotating format across different districts. Following the first event in Hyeonpung-eup in June and the second in Hwawon-eup in September, this event in Dasa-eup marks the third. Held inside Daesil Station, the fair is expected to see increased participation from job seekers thanks to greatly improved transportation accessibility.

A Dalseong-gun official stated, "We have enhanced accessibility so that all residents can participate at a convenient location," adding, "We hope that a wide range of job seekers will visit and seize employment opportunities."

In addition to the recruitment booths, the fair will feature a variety of employment support programs. Job seekers will find practical support at the event, including job information, career counseling, local company promotion, and guidance on employment support systems.

Additional activities such as free ID photo shoots, personal color analysis, professional interview consulting, and career coaching will also be available. Participants will receive small souvenirs such as hot packs and hand cream to enhance their satisfaction with the event.

Governor Choi Jaehoon commented, "This job fair is a meaningful occasion that offers realistic employment opportunities not only for young people but also for middle-aged and older job seekers. I hope that job seekers can meet companies on-site and find positions that suit them. I also expect that this event will help activate local employment and provide tangible benefits to both job seekers and companies."
