Eunmi Lee, CEO of Toss Bank, attended the Singapore Fintech Festival (SFF), the world's largest fintech event.
According to Toss Bank on November 14, she was the only domestic bank CEO officially invited as a panelist. The Singapore Fintech Festival, held for three days starting November 12, is the world's largest global conference organized by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Global Fintech Network (GFTN).
CEO Lee was invited based on Toss Bank's achievements as one of the most prominent innovative financial institutions in Asia. In September, Toss Bank became the first Korean company to be selected for the "NextGen Tech 30," an Asia-wide innovation discovery program. It was also ranked as the No. 1 bank in Korea for three consecutive years by Forbes' "The World's Best Banks."
On November 13, Eunmi Lee participated as a panelist at the "Future Matters Stage," the main stage of SFF held at Singapore Expo Hall 5, for the session "Financial Health for All." She presented Toss Bank's strategies and achievements in strengthening customers' financial health.
CEO Lee stated, "This invitation is recognition on the global stage of Toss Bank's achievements in realizing both financial inclusion and soundness through technology. We will continue to deliver finance where no one is left behind through technology, and share Korea's digital financial innovation cases with the world."
