Sempio Jin Soy Sauce Appears in Outdoor Ads at Paris Subway Stations
Part of Overseas Promotion Campaign by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs
Sempio's "Jin Soy Sauce S" has made its debut at subway stations in the heart of Paris. Amid the global K-food craze, this product, representing the taste of Korea, is attracting attention from local consumers.
On November 6, Sempio announced, "Outdoor advertisements featuring Sempio Jin Soy Sauce S have been posted at Franklin D. Roosevelt Station on Line 1 and Charles Michels Station on Line 10, which are major commercial areas in Paris." The advertisement includes the phrase, "If you love K-food, come to K-MART (Amateur de K-FOOD, Rendez-vous chez K-MART)."

This campaign was organized by K-MART, a Korean food specialty distributor headquartered in downtown Paris, with overseas promotional support from the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (aT). As the popularity of K-food continues to grow worldwide, Sempio Jin Soy Sauce was selected as the first symbolic representative of Korean flavor.
This is not Sempio's first move on the global stage. "Yorihwaseonseu Yeondu" was selected as an innovative product at "Anuga 2025," the world's largest food fair held in Cologne, Germany last month, and Sempio is consistently recognized by gourmet experts and chefs as a "must-visit Korean fermentation company." Renowned chefs, including Rasmus Munk-who was named the world's top chef for two consecutive years at "The Best Chef Awards 2025" in Milan, Italy-as well as chefs highlighted by the Michelin Guide and The New York Times, have experienced Korean sauces and fermentation culture firsthand through Sempio.
A Sempio representative stated, "Interest and awareness of Korean food in France are on the rise," adding, "We will continue to promote the value of Korean food culture, including sauces and fermentation, to the world and win over global palates with 'our flavor.'"
