Competency Enhancement Training at Five District Offices
Changwon Metropolitan City in South Gyeongsang Province will conduct "Real Estate Transaction Accident Prevention and Competency Enhancement Training" for real estate agents to foster a sound and safe real estate transaction environment.
This training will be provided to approximately 1,900 real estate agents in Changwon from November 4 to November 18, with sessions held at each of the five district offices in Changwon.
The lectures will focus on practical topics, including: cases of real estate transaction accidents and prevention measures; detailed standards and fines regarding the display and advertisement of real estate properties; and matters related to electronic real estate contracts.
Changwon City expects that, through this training, real estate agents will comply with their legal responsibilities and obligations and learn systematic response strategies for the transaction process, thereby providing citizens with a safer and more reliable transaction environment.
Lee Jaekwang, Director of Urban Policy, stated, "Licensed real estate agents play a crucial role as a bridge in citizens' property transactions, so their ethics and professionalism are of utmost importance," adding, "Through this training, we aim to contribute to establishing a transparent order in real estate transactions."
