This agreement was established as part of a collaborative effort to realize "15-Minute City Busan," which Busan is currently promoting, under the shared goal of creating a "warm community near you." The "15-Minute City Busan" project aims to foster relationships and happiness by connecting neighbors through positive cultural experiences, while also responding to the climate crisis through eco-friendly activities.
Both organizations plan to work closely together in various areas, including: establishing a public-private partnership system to promote warm communities; jointly pursuing projects to realize the "15-Minute City Busan"; exchanging information to revitalize local communities in Busan; and collaborating on other initiatives for mutual development.
Hwang Doyeon, CEO of Danggeun, stated, "Through this agreement, I hope that citizens of Busan will be able to communicate and collaborate more actively on Danggeun, and together with Busan Metropolitan City, we will create a variety of community programs that bring new energy to the local community."
