The on-site meeting was attended by Yangju Mayor Yang Suhyun, officials from the Corporate Support Division, Family and Child Division, Regional Economy Division, and representatives from the Yangju Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
KC One Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of exhibition models and educational teaching aids. Since its establishment in 2020, it has produced over 2,000 types of self-developed teaching aids, recording annual sales of approximately 2.5 billion won.
The company's main clients include kindergartens, elementary schools, and nursing homes. It operates pop-up stores and an online mall under the 'KIDK KIDK' brand.
During the meeting, the company proposed three main issues: securing parking spaces by utilizing nearby city- and state-owned land (around 58-27, Yeongok-ri), cooperating to provide teaching aids to local children's centers, and supporting workforce recruitment.
Yangju City promised tailored support through review by relevant departments, including guidance on the road occupancy permit process and assistance in obtaining the permit, connecting local children's centers with teaching aid support, and matching job seekers through the Job Center and Saeil Center.
Mayor Yang Suhyun stated, "The growth and stability of businesses are key to revitalizing the local economy," adding, "We will continue to listen to voices from the field and pursue proactive administrative support."
