Building a Dedicated Residential Ecosystem for Residents
Integrated Living Services through Space and Platform Convergence
Hyundai Engineering & Construction is introducing the 'H Culture Club,' a residential service platform that encompasses culture, arts, health, and convenience within apartment complexes. This platform-based service, which goes beyond simple community facilities to provide customized support for all aspects of residents' lives, is the first of its kind in the domestic construction industry.
On October 17, Hyundai Engineering & Construction announced that it will implement the 'H Culture Club' at 'The H Bangbae,' a residential complex with over 3,000 households in Seoul’s Gangnam area, scheduled for occupancy in September next year. The company recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Bangbae 5 District Reconstruction Association and is currently discussing detailed operational plans. The community at The H Bangbae will feature sculptures and artworks, creating a gallery-like atmosphere, and will be designed so that the landscaping connects seamlessly with the exterior, allowing the entire complex to feel like a unified cultural space.
The 'H Culture Club' is characterized by its integration of premium facilities and a digital platform, organically connecting spaces and services within the complex. Hyundai Engineering & Construction plans to install large-scale community facilities such as a movie theater, library, fitness center, golf practice range, and swimming pool. The operation of each facility will be managed in collaboration with specialized companies to ensure a high standard of service.

The library will regularly host book curation events and book concerts-firsts for an apartment complex-while the movie theater will screen new releases. The fitness center will offer personalized exercise prescriptions, personal training, and tailored programs such as Pilates and yoga.
Resident support services will also be enhanced. Residents will be able to conveniently book and use a variety of everyday services, including childcare, healthcare, minor home repairs, furniture assembly, cleaning, car washing, and pet care, all at once. All of these services can be reserved and paid for through Hyundai Engineering & Construction’s integrated platform, 'my THE H.'
A Hyundai Engineering & Construction representative stated, "The H Culture Club reflects both expertise and diversity, while also ensuring operational stability," adding, "We aim to create a new residential culture that adds value and quality through product strategies and sustainable residential management services based on future housing solutions."
