from September 9 to 21

Jeonju City in North Jeolla Province announced on September 8 that the fifth exhibition of the '2025 Jeonju Mobile Art Market,' a solo exhibition by artist Choi Eun, will be held at the Ogori Culture Square from September 9 to 21.

Choi Eun is a Western-style painter who is actively working in Jeonju, with notable works such as 'Impression' and 'Hydrangea.' This exhibition will be held under the theme 'The Moment I Am Filled Up.'

In this regard, the 'Jeonju Mobile Art Market' was planned to provide local artists with opportunities for exhibitions and promotion, while allowing citizens to enjoy culture and the arts in accessible and familiar locations.

This year, starting in April, eight local artists have been holding exhibitions in succession. Following Choi Eun's solo exhibition, shows by artists Lee Sua, Mad Kim, and Noh Jina will be held sequentially. The exhibition is closed every Monday.

A city official stated, "The Mobile Art Market contributes to revitalizing local culture and the arts by providing local artists with opportunities to present their works directly to citizens. In the second half of the year, we will continue to expand opportunities for citizens to enjoy art in their daily lives through various exhibitions and further promote Jeonju's cultural diversity."
