Blind Recruitment Process
BNK Financial Group announced on August 25 that it has begun open recruitment for new employees at Busan Bank and Kyongnam Bank for the second half of the year.
This recruitment process is conducted in a blind format with no restrictions on educational background, age, major, or gender. Priority will be given to eligible candidates such as veterans and registered persons with disabilities in accordance with relevant laws. To expand the hiring of local talent, regional recruitment tracks will also be available for each job category, targeting graduates of high schools or universities located in the Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam region.
The recruitment process for Busan Bank and Kyongnam Bank consists of document screening, a written test, a comprehensive interview, a corporate culture fit assessment, a culture fit interview (which focuses on evaluating how well the applicant's personality aligns with the company's organizational culture), and a final interview. To select talent with the necessary competencies for each role, positions are divided into general and D-IT job categories. For Busan Bank, as in the previous year, recruitment for specialized positions (such as certified public accountants and lawyers) will also be conducted concurrently.
The corporate culture fit assessment will take place over approximately one week and will include a joint culture fit interview in the form of a one-night, two-day group retreat, comprehensively evaluating applicants' values and adaptability to the organization. Detailed information regarding recruitment can be found on the websites of Busan Bank and Kyongnam Bank.
A BNK Financial Group recruitment official stated, "This recruitment is especially meaningful in that, through the joint culture fit interview conducted by Busan Bank and Kyongnam Bank, applicants can share and relate to the group's core values and the unified corporate culture of both banks."
