At 2:00 p.m. on the same day, in the first conference room on the fourth floor of City Hall, the city signed a "Business Agreement for the Promotion of Home Medical Care Project" with the Seongnam Medical Association, Jibeuro Clinic, Yonsei Family Clinic, Seoul Family Clinic, Saehan Best Clinic, and Yonsei Saengmyeongnamu Internal Medicine Clinic.

This project operates by having the Bundang District Health Center's home medical care team provide home visits and nursing services to chronic patients with mobility difficulties who are basic livelihood security recipients, near-poor households, or elderly people living alone. If necessary, patients are referred to the partner medical institutions.

The five partner medical institutions visit the homes of referred patients to provide professional medical treatment, care, and consultations. The results are shared with Seongnam City.

The Seongnam Medical Association plays a coordinating role between Seongnam City and the partner medical institutions for the smooth operation of this project, and promotes the project to medical institutions in the local community.

Shin Sangjin, Mayor of Seongnam, stated, "By efficiently linking public and private medical resources, we will ensure that citizens with mobility difficulties do not miss the timing of treatment and can receive necessary care at home," adding, "We will pursue this project with a sense of responsibility and active cooperation."
