LG Uplus announced on June 3 that it will introduce new benefits to its membership program "Uplus2plus" for the summer season. "Uplus2plus" is LG Uplus's membership program that provides discount coupons for various brands and products on specific days each month. Since April last year, the company has been offering membership benefits each month based on a new theme.
Starting in June, the company has expanded the new benefits to suit the early summer season. Newly available benefits include up to 5,000 won discount for Baemin X Yoajeong, free Mad for Garlic gorgonzola pizza and ade, and a 50,000 won Naver Pay gift card for Smart Home. Existing popular benefits such as free or discounted GS25 Cheongnyun Dabang tteokbokki and Eunggeupsil tteokbokki, one free glass of Mega MGC Coffee honey watermelon juice, up to 3,000 won Daiso voucher, and up to 20% discount at No Brand will continue to be offered in June.
In addition, the company will hold the "Uplus2plus PICK!" event tailored for summer benefits. The event runs from June 5 to June 26, and any Uplus.com member can participate. On the Uplus.com event page, members can choose their favorite benefit among Ocean World, Baskin Robbins, Baemin X Yoajeong, and Mega MGC Coffee, which are all summer-themed benefits.
Among those who vote, winners will be randomly selected to receive summer holiday prizes such as a 500,000 won Korean Air mobile gift card (1 winner), Papa John's Original John's Favorite (L) and Double Choco Chip Brownie (50 winners), Baskin Robbins quarter ice cream (300 winners), and Starbucks Iced Grapefruit Honey Black Tea T (1,000 winners).
