The newly improved 'Order Book Order' function allows users to preset the order quantity and quickly execute buy, sell, or modify orders simply by pressing the corresponding buttons on the order book screen. Previously, users had to navigate through separate screens for buying, selling, modifying, or canceling orders and enter the price and quantity each time. With this update, users can now trade more easily on a single screen while viewing real-time prices, without switching screens. This feature is especially useful for customers accustomed to high-frequency trading. In addition, the current price screen has been enhanced so that customers can check real-time market data such as candlestick charts, order book, daily price fluctuation rates, and trading volume. A new function has also been added that allows users to view both unfilled orders and daily profit and loss together, providing a clearer overview of their trading status.
A graph has been added to intuitively display the remaining order quantity at each price level, and the average purchase price of held stocks is now provided, allowing users to reference their break-even point during trading. In addition, users can now check key support and resistance levels, execution strength, and real-time execution history, among other supplementary indicators, enabling more sophisticated trading.
Beyond the 'Order Book Order' function, Samsung Securities has also greatly improved the accessibility and information scope of mPOP's 'Real-Time Ranking' feature. Previously, users could only access ranking stocks through the 'Stock Discovery → Ranking Stocks' menu, but now a 'Real-Time Ranking' button has been added to the top of the watchlist screen, making it easier for Samsung Securities customers to access frequently traded or popular search stocks.
In the domestic rankings, users can check featured stocks in the Korean stock market, such as those hitting the upper or lower price limits and those with the highest gains or losses of the day. In the international rankings, users can easily compare and view notable stocks in overseas markets, such as those with the highest gains or losses compared to the previous day, and those with the highest trading volume and value.
A Samsung Securities representative stated, "This update is focused on helping customers who are actively investing to make faster and more efficient decisions," adding, "We plan to continue improving features by analyzing actual customer usage patterns in the future."
