Samjong KPMG Recruits Sixth Future Academy Cohort: "Fostering Talent Based on Generative AI"

Samjong KPMG announced on May 2 that it is recruiting the sixth cohort for its 'Future Academy,' an educational program aimed at nurturing outstanding future software (SW) talent.

Future Academy is part of the K-Digital Training vocational training project, overseen by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea University of Technology and Education's Vocational Competency Evaluation Institute. The program aims to foster talent in line with the growth of the domestic and international digital tech-based consulting market.

This session focuses on training practical talent by planning and developing innovative AX (Artificial Intelligence Experience) services using generative artificial intelligence (AI), and by integrating AI technology with business planning. The training will be conducted over approximately six months at the iGrows Education Center in Dongjak-gu, Seoul.

Future Academy is designed not as a theory-centered program, but rather as a hands-on training course based on project topics provided by companies. It is structured to help trainees develop practical skills that can be immediately applied in the workplace. Trainees can gain the latest trends and practical knowledge through mentoring and special lectures from professionals at leading companies, including Samjong KPMG. In addition, the program supports obtaining major IT certifications such as Information Processing Engineer and Big Data Analysis Engineer, and offers a variety of learning content. Customized employment support programs are also provided, including resume and portfolio consulting, as well as mock interview coaching with current professionals.

This program is available free of charge through the National Tomorrow Learning Card. Training incentives are provided based on attendance rates. Outstanding graduates are offered internship opportunities at Samjong KPMG, and the employment support program connects participants to various companies. Applications for the program can be submitted through the Samjong KPMG Future Academy website.

A Samjong KPMG representative stated, "As the importance of AI and data analysis technologies continues to grow, we will actively support participants so they can develop into practical talent needed by the industry through this educational program."
