Inavi Systems Submits Preliminary Review Application for KOSDAQ Listing

According to the Korea Exchange on April 24, Inavi Systems has submitted a preliminary review application for listing on the KOSDAQ.


Inavi Systems, established in 2000, is a platform company specializing in customized map software. The company develops and operates the mobile navigation app "Inavi Air" and provides map data and location-based solutions to automakers, telecommunications companies, portal operators, and local governments. Inavi Systems is expanding its business not only in the B2C market but also into B2B and B2G sectors.


Inavi Systems has signed a global solution supply partnership with TomTom, the leading map provider and location technology specialist in Europe, to enter overseas markets. The two companies plan to expand their share of the global map platform market by providing customized solutions to global big tech companies offering mobility services as well as small and medium-sized clients.


Additionally, Inavi Systems plans to expand into high value-added business areas such as robotaxis and ships. The company also intends to strengthen the development of Level 4 Plus and higher autonomous driving technologies in connection with telecommunications infrastructure.


Meanwhile, the total number of shares to be offered in Inavi Systems' IPO is expected to be 900,000, bringing the total number of shares after listing to 4,771,059. The largest shareholder is Thinkware, holding 74%. The lead underwriter is Kiwoom Securities.
