DGB Social Contribution Foundation Changes Name to iM Social Contribution Foundation

Affiliated Institutions Also Unified Under the 'iM' Brand

iM Financial Group DGB Social Contribution Foundation announced on the 16th that it will change its name to iM Social Contribution Foundation.

Established as a social welfare corporation in 2012, the foundation formalized the name change after passing a revision of its articles of incorporation at the board meeting in March, obtaining approval from Daegu City in April, and completing registration.

The 'Parangsae Dream Regional Children's Center' located in Nam-gu, Daegu, operated by iM Social Contribution Foundation for the healthy growth of future generations of children, has been renamed 'iM Dandi Regional Children's Center.' The 'Kumnamu Education Project Group' located in Dong-gu, Daegu, which practices inclusive finance by bridging the financial gap for financially vulnerable groups, has been renamed 'iM Dandi Financial Education Project Group,' thereby unifying the foundation and its affiliated institutions under the 'iM' brand.

Hwang Byung-woo, Chairman of iM Social Contribution Foundation, said, "I am pleased to announce a vigorous new start with the new wings called 'iM,' and we aim to practice close coexistence with warm hearts throughout the country." He added, "We will continue to strive to actively implement professional and systematic customized ESG projects for all age groups."
