Matthew Jang, Successful Debut at Japan Etcosme Osaka Popup Store

The fragrance brand Methue Jang announced that it successfully completed its popup store debut at Ettcosme Osaka, Japan's largest beauty store offline location.


Methue Jang met with approximately 10,000 customers at the popup store held at Ettcosme Osaka from February 26 to March 4.


A Methue Jang representative stated about the popup store, "Despite no special marketing efforts from Ettcosme management, the sales performance was comparable to that of well-known department store brands," adding, "Through Ettcosme, Japan's largest beauty store, we expect to widely raise brand awareness of K-fragrances locally in Japan and achieve a successful entry into the Japanese market."


Meanwhile, Methue Jang plans to hold a popup store at Tokyo Marui Department Store from March 28 to April 3, and will subsequently accelerate global market expansion through countries such as Australia, Spain, Italy, and France.


Methue Jang is gaining attention as a next-generation fragrance brand rapidly popular among the domestic MZ generation, with a brand story that awakens romance in life's small moments. In particular, fruity and floral fragrances are the brand's signature popular products.
