Uijeongbu City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Dong-geun) announced on the 21st that it will operate an appraisal expert consultation system for individual publicly announced land prices to ensure the reliability of individual land prices and protect citizens' property rights.
The consultation targets are landowners and stakeholders of the individual land price survey subjects in Uijeongbu City (a total of 50,687 parcels), and the application period is from the 21st to the 31st of this month.
Telephone consultations require prior application by phone during the consultation period, and in-person consultations are available on April 3rd from 2 PM to 4 PM at the Land Information Division's Public Land Price Office in City Hall. For any inquiries, you can contact the Land Information Division for guidance.
Additionally, the city operates a ‘Individual Land Price 365 Opinion Submission Window’ on its website, allowing opinions on individual land prices to be submitted at any time regardless of the period.
An official from Uijeongbu City stated, “Individual land prices are used in various ways, such as the basis for imposing various taxes, so we ask landowners to pay attention to the individual land prices.”
