419 Households Supplied in a Residential Complex with Convenient Access to Work

Umi Construction announced on the 17th that it will supply 'Busan Jang-an District Umi Lyn Premier' in B-1 block of Busan Jang-an Residential Development District in April.


This complex will be developed with a total of 419 households across 4 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 59 to 84㎡. The number of households by exclusive area is ▲59㎡ Type A with 118 households, Type B with 48 households ▲84㎡ Type A with 253 households. It is characterized by a design focused mainly on small to medium-sized units preferred by actual buyers.


Busan Jang-an District is a mini new town-scale residential development district with about 2,100 households. Based on systematic urban planning, residential, educational, and living infrastructure are established, and transportation conditions are excellent. Using Donghae Line Jwacheon Station, residents can conveniently move to major Busan hubs such as Centum Station and Osiria Station.


With the Busan Metro Nopo-Jeonggwan Line (Phase 1) project included in the preliminary feasibility study, there is also potential for future development into a double station area. Access to the Donghae Expressway (Busan-Ulsan Expressway) via Jang-an IC is easy, providing good accessibility not only to Busan city center but also to adjacent areas such as Ulsan.

Nearby are the Dongnam Radiation Medical Science General Industrial Complex, Jang-an General Industrial Complex, Banryong General Industrial Complex, and Jeonggwan General Industrial Complex.


Living infrastructure is also abundant. The complex is close to Busan Shinsegae Premium Outlet, allowing easy enjoyment of shopping and leisure. This outlet, which completed its second phase renewal in September last year, expanded from 33,100㎡ to 51,480㎡, and the number of brands increased from 170 to 270. The model house will be prepared in the Maehak-ri area of Jeonggwan-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan.
