Creating Play Experience Spaces for Infants and Young Children
and Promoting Cooperation to Encourage Childbirth
BNK Busan Bank (President Bang Seongbin) is joining hands with the city of Busan to create a nurturing environment for infants and young children.
On the 11th, Busan Bank announced that it had signed a business agreement with the Busan Metropolitan Government at Busan City Hall to create a "Busan that is good for giving birth and raising children."
This agreement was promoted to link Busan City's "Like You, Cherished" project with Busan Bank's "Exciting I Love (Ai Sarang)" project.
BNK Busan Bank and Busan City are signing a business agreement to create a nurturing environment for infants and toddlers.
The two organizations agreed to jointly discover and promote initiatives such as creating play experience spaces for infants and young children, holding participatory cultural events for infants, young children, and pregnant women, and encouraging childbirth.
Through this agreement, Busan Bank and Busan City plan to remodel the "Pororo Library" in Busan Citizens Park, which has been operating since 2014, into a play experience space for infants and young children, and to develop various programs that parents and children can enjoy together.
Additionally, to provide more cultural experiences, BNK Financial Group's monthly "Play on Busan" cultural performance will include prenatal music concerts for pregnant women and a project to support daily necessities for large families with five or more children.
Bang Seongbin, President of Busan Bank, said, "Busan Bank has introduced financial products linked to marriage and childbirth, such as 'Neomansolo Savings' and 'Baby Angel Savings,' and is preparing more products related to childcare. We will actively participate in projects to solve the low birth rate issue by helping create a better environment for raising children."
On the 6th, Busan Bank participated in the "Relay Challenge to Overcome the Low Birth Rate Crisis" to spread a family-friendly corporate culture and foster a positive atmosphere for childbirth and childcare. Since 2017, the bank has also produced and provided the "Happy Mom Box," containing essential childbirth supplies, to support vulnerable families with newborns.
