At the handover ceremony held at Samjin High School that day, six officials including Chairman Kang Jong-hak and Principal Lee Mi-young of Samjin High School attended.
Since 2018, the Jinbuk Industrial Complex Resident Companies Association has been selecting outstanding talents recommended by the school among new students of Samjin High School every year to provide scholarships for nurturing local talents, and has awarded scholarships worth approximately 45 million KRW to new students over the past eight years.
Kang Jong-hak, chairman of the Jinbuk Industrial Complex Resident Companies Association, said, "Although it is insufficient, we gathered the hearts of our members to support the new start of the new students," adding, "We hope they grow into talents who can shine in the local community."
