Thorough Preparations for Smooth Project Promotion
in Samgye 2 and Sangok 1 Districts
Masan Hoewon-gu, Changwon Special City, Gyeongnam, conducted an on-site inspection on the 14th for Samgye 2 District and Sangok 1 District, which were selected as planned cadastral re-survey project sites for 2025, to ensure smooth project promotion.
Masan Hoewon-gu visited two districts selected as project sites this year: Samgye 2 (around 482, Samgye-ri, Naeseo-eup, 36,367㎡) and Sangok 1 (around 158, Sangok-ri, Naeseo-eup, 19,363㎡), checking for discrepancies between the cadastral register and the actual land status, and inspected overall matters related to project promotion.
For future designation of project districts, the plan is to designate and announce the project districts after obtaining consent from more than two-thirds of landowners and more than two-thirds of the land area, followed by procedures such as cadastral re-survey measurement, boundary setting consultation, and adjustment payment settlement due to area increase or decrease, aiming to complete the project by December 2026.
Je Jong-nam, head of Masan Hoewon-gu Office, stated, “The cadastral re-survey project greatly helps resolve cadastral discrepancies and boundary disputes among landowners. We will make thorough preparations to ensure smooth project promotion and strive to alleviate residents’ inconveniences.”
Meanwhile, Masan Hoewon-gu established and announced the implementation plan for Samgye 2 and Sangok 1 districts in December last year, and also held a residents’ briefing session for landowners to explain the purpose and necessity of the project, promotion procedures, and boundary setting standards.
