Han Dong-hoon Refuses to Explain, Judging Political Intent
Jang Ye-chan, former Supreme Youth Member of the People Power Party, claimed that Jin Eun-jung, the lawyer and spouse of Representative Han Dong-hoon, was expelled from a mom cafe in the past for manipulating public opinion. He also said that the same method of public opinion manipulation appears in the controversy surrounding the People Power Party members' bulletin board involving Representative Han.
On the 27th, former Supreme Youth Member Jang wrote on his Facebook, "In 2017, in the private mom cafe Gangnam Mom Cappuccino, I led a campaign to send flower baskets to the special prosecutor team, but it turned out that Jin Eun-jung, the spouse of Prosecutor Han Dong-hoon, disguised her identity and created public opinion," adding, "Gangnam Mom Cappuccino members felt betrayed by the fact that Lawyer Jin manipulated public opinion while hiding her identity, and she was eventually expelled from the mom cafe."

He continued, "Surprisingly, the same method appears in the People Power Party members' bulletin board incident. A fixed ID posting the exact same content as Han's family on DC Inside was caught," adding, "That very ID led the flower basket sending campaign for Han Dong-hoon's camp during the party convention. Since it involved hiding identity and manipulating public opinion online, the Gangnam Mom Cappuccino and People Power Party members' bulletin board incidents seem to be the same person using the same method." He further emphasized, "The public opinion manipulation by Representative Han's family, who roam freely across the members' bulletin board, DC Inside, and mom cafes, is a serious problem," and warned, "If Representative Han covers up his family's issues, no matter what he says, he will be cynically told to 'take care of your family first.'"
The controversy over the People Power Party members' bulletin board centers on the fact that when searching for Representative Han or his family members' names in the bulletin board author names, many posts criticizing President Yoon and his spouse are found. Only members who have completed real-name verification can post on the members' bulletin board. Initially, names except for surnames are masked, but a system error caused author names to be exposed without masking when using the search function, sparking the controversy.
Representative Han emphasized regarding this controversy, "This is not something to fall into unnecessary internal strife." He also refused to explain, claiming there is a political intention to "shake the leadership." On the 25th, he told reporters, "In an anonymous bulletin board where wide freedom is allowed, should we track down authors just because we don't like their posts? I think we should not comply with that demand," adding, "The demand to track down authors is an obvious attempt to shake me as the party leader. I have no intention of falling for such a transparent intention."
