Moon Hyuk-soo, CEO of LG Innotek, received a total compensation of 524 million KRW in the first half of this year.
According to the semi-annual report disclosed by LG Innotek on the 14th, Moon received 408 million KRW in salary, 109 million KRW in bonuses, and 7 million KRW in other compensation.
Jung Cheol-dong, CEO of LG Display, received 720 million KRW in salary and 1.144 billion KRW in bonuses from LG Innotek during the same period last year.
Jung, who moved from LG Innotek to LG Display at the end of last year, received a bonus of 585 million KRW from LG Innotek in the first half of this year.
LG Innotek explained, "Our sales increased from 19.5894 trillion KRW in 2022 to 20.6053 trillion KRW in 2023 compared to the previous year," and added, "Considering the leadership demonstrated in achieving management goals through continuous expansion of the optical business, fostering new semiconductor substrate businesses, and establishing a foundation for the automotive business, bonuses were calculated and paid accordingly."
