In the midst of intensifying global competition for technological supremacy, the mid-sized enterprise community has voiced the opinion that, in order to maintain and strengthen industrial competitiveness, there must be a paradigm shift in the national intellectual property policy that encompasses industrial, trade, and security strategies, including practical commercialization and protection of overseas markets.
