Built by Lotte Engineering & Construction
On February 24, the Cheongdamsamik Apartment Reconstruction and Maintenance Association issued a sale notice for 12 retained units in "Cheongdam Reuel" and began the bidding process. Retained units are inventory set aside by the reconstruction association to prepare for potential ownership disputes or project cost settlements.
According to Lotte Engineering & Construction, which built Cheongdam Reuel, the units for sale this time consist of eight 84-square-meter units, the so-called "national standard" size, and four top-floor penthouses. The association released a video showing the interior layouts and views of these units through its official YouTube channel.
Cheongdam Reuel consists of 1,261 units in total, in buildings ranging from four basement levels to a maximum of 35 floors above ground.
Unlike general pre-sale, no subscription savings account is required for the sale of retained units, and anyone aged 19 or older can participate in the bidding regardless of their place of residence. Since the sale takes place after completion, contracts can be signed after inspecting the actual units.
Specific bidding schedules and indicative prices will be announced on the Public Procurement Service’s Nara Market (online procurement portal).
