Gwangju Seo-gu Facilities Management Corporation Rated "Best" in Comprehensive Evaluation of Information Disclosure

The Seo-gu Facilities Management Corporation of Gwangju Metropolitan City has been selected as a "Best" institution, the highest grade, in the 2025 Comprehensive Evaluation of Information Disclosure organized by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.

This evaluation is conducted annually by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety to enhance the accountability and transparency of public institutions, by assessing the status of information disclosure operations at 561 institutions nationwide, including central government agencies, local governments, and public institutions.

The corporation received consistently high scores across 9 indicators in 3 areas: advance information disclosure, processing of information disclosure requests, and customer management and system operation. In particular, it earned high marks by systematically promoting institutional improvements such as refining the list of advance disclosure items, converting disclosed data into open formats, and providing information disclosure training to all employees.

In the meantime, the corporation has actively pursued proactive administration by strengthening monitoring of information disclosure and building a system for prompt and accurate information provision through training for those in charge.
