CXI Mobilizes to Maintain Listing...Pursues Stronger Responsible Management and Measures to Enhance Corporate Value

KOSDAQ-listed company CXI announced on the 13th that, in response to recent policy changes related to maintaining listing status, it will actively pursue measures to strengthen responsible management and enhance corporate value, with the goals of meeting listing maintenance requirements, protecting shareholder value, and normalizing its share price.

The company will first further reinforce its responsible management system under the leadership of CEO Lin Jinxing. According to the company, CEO Lin is reviewing the possibility of increasing his equity stake going forward, based on his commitment to the company’s long-term growth and corporate value. The company emphasized that this direction demonstrates management’s sense of responsibility for restoring market confidence and enhancing corporate value.

To maintain its listing and enhance corporate value, CXI plans to establish a foundation for sustainable growth by: strengthening profitability-focused management to enhance corporate value; expanding the competitiveness of its core businesses; securing new growth engines; and improving financial soundness and management efficiency. In addition, the company stated that it will further review all other reasonable measures that can help meet listing maintenance requirements and contribute to enhancing corporate value.

Meanwhile, CXI’s CEO Lin Jinxing recently decided to participate in a paid-in capital increase, and his stake is expected to increase to 16.96% after payment, making him the largest shareholder.
