Sidiz planned this service to address the difficulty of evaluating a chair's seating comfort by briefly sitting on it before purchase, allowing consumers to fully experience the T90 for 15 days at home or in the office before deciding whether to buy it.
From the 23rd, Sidijeu will operate the 'T90 15-Day Purchase Decision Service' for customers who purchase on Sidijeu.com and at offline stores. Sidijeu
The service will be piloted for customers who purchase the T90 on Sidiz.com or at offline stores until March 31. If they are not satisfied after using the product for 15 days from the date of delivery, they can choose to return it. In the event of a return, the amount will be refunded minus a collection fee of 20,000 won, which is applied uniformly across all regions.
