In the morning, Mayor Lee visited the Goyang Smart City Center to encourage the control center operators who continue to monitor citizens' safety without a break during the holiday. After carefully checking the center's operating status, he listened to the difficulties faced by the monitoring staff and expressed his gratitude.

Mayor Lee said, "Citizens are able to spend a peaceful and safe holiday thanks to your dedication in guarding the field around the clock," and asked, "Please maintain a thorough response system that does not miss even the smallest signs of an accident and build a safety net with no blind spots."

He then visited the Agricultural and Marine Products Distribution Center located in Ilsanseo-gu to assess on-site business conditions at the distribution hub during the peak holiday season. In particular, he emphasized to the center's officials, "As large crowds gather, please pay special attention to food hygiene and safety management so that citizens can shop with peace of mind."
