Seegene hosts the GSMC every year at the start of the year for its global subsidiaries and distributors. The purpose is to strengthen collaboration among global sales organizations and to share key business strategies between headquarters and overseas teams. This year’s GSMC was attended by approximately 100 representatives from subsidiaries and distributors across 45 countries. Participants shared successful cases from each country and reviewed implementation strategies and major milestones for expanding global business in 2026.
Through the ‘Seegene Night’ program, outstanding subsidiaries and distributors were recognized with awards. During the networking session, which aimed to strengthen exchanges among global partners, participants established a foundation for collaboration to enhance unity in marketing and sales as ‘One Team.’
On the final day of the event, a workshop was held focusing on the business potential of Seegene’s next-generation strategic projects: the diagnostic data analysis platform ‘STAgora™’ and the PCR automation system ‘CURECA™.’ Attendees engaged in direct discussions with the developers of both projects, holding detailed talks on country-specific implementation scenarios and timelines for adoption.
Shin Daeho, Executive Vice President and Head of Global Business at Seegene, commented on the event, saying, “This conference provided an opportunity to share our core business strategies and vision for 2026, including next-generation strategic projects such as STAgora and CURECA, with our global sales organization, and to review each country’s implementation plans. Headquarters, subsidiaries, and distributors will work together as one team to drive sales and marketing strategies tailored to local market characteristics, and we will do our utmost to support these efforts to achieve tangible results.”
Currently, Seegene operates eight subsidiaries in Germany, Italy, France, the Middle East (UAE), the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil, as well as 79 distributors in 61 countries. As of 2024, overseas sales account for 91% of its total revenue.
