This project involves teams of professionals, including doctors, nurses, and social workers, providing home visits for medical treatment and nursing care to long-term care recipients. In addition, necessary community care services will be linked and supported during this process.
The participating institutions plan to cooperate by providing medical connections and tailored support, focusing on integrated care recipients and vulnerable health groups, to ensure the stable establishment of long-term care home medical services.
Kim Taesook, Director of Osan City Public Health Center, said, "This agreement is a meaningful first step toward improving medical accessibility for long-term care recipients in the community," adding, "We will continue to provide administrative support to ensure that this service can be operated stably within the community."
