Jogokdong has declared this year, Byeong-o year, as the first year of a major shift in resident care administration. The district is moving away from uniform administrative services and is now fully implementing sophisticated and meticulous customized care administration to significantly enhance residents' daily convenience, safety, and quality of life.

In particular, Jogokdong is creating a more convenient administrative environment for residents by promoting a variety of initiatives centered around the civil service office. These include providing assistance with filling out civil service forms, operating dedicated counters for vulnerable groups, producing and distributing one-stop civil service guide cards, operating a smart civil service assistant, and creating a music-filled rest area.

Additionally, Jogokdong is establishing a care system that residents can directly experience by strengthening welfare checks for vulnerable groups, linking care services for the elderly and single-person households, connecting resident autonomy programs with welfare services, and operating on-site, outreach administration.

Jogokdong also plans to expand cooperation with the residents' council, local leaders, and community organizations to build a care foundation that brings together administration, residents, and the local community. The district aims to become a leading resident-centered autonomous neighborhood by operating projects in various fields such as livelihood support, crisis family management, and disaster response.

Jogokdong stated, "We aim to create a neighborhood where the community cares for and takes responsibility for residents' lives, not just a place to live," adding, "We will continue to listen to voices in the field with an open mind and carefully reflect them, persistently developing and promoting administration that meets residents' needs."
