Since 2019, Yuhan Corporation has been holding year-end bazaars and auctions with the aim of protecting the environment through resource reuse and supporting the independence of people with disabilities. This year’s event saw record-breaking proceeds thanks to the active participation of employees.

The year-end bazaar was held from December 23 to 24 at the headquarters, research institute, and factory. It was operated in collaboration with the Goodwill Store of the Milal Welfare Foundation, which supports the independence of people with developmental disabilities. Major products such as Yuhan Clorox, Happy Home, and WiseBiome, as well as items donated by employees, were sold.

An online live auction was held during lunchtime from December 30 to 31. Approximately 200 employees participated each day. Items such as alcoholic beverages, sports equipment, and goods donated by advertising models were auctioned. In particular, a uniform autographed by footballer Son Heungmin was successfully bid on, receiving an enthusiastic response.

Since 2019, Yuhan Corporation has raised a total of 180 million won through its year-end bazaars and auctions. The funds are used to support projects for the independence of people with disabilities and other socially disadvantaged groups.

A representative from Yuhan Corporation stated, "It is meaningful that our employees can practice the values of sharing and resource circulation together," adding, "We will continue our ongoing social contribution activities in the future."
