The company possesses world-class technological expertise in designing complex structural systems essential for super high-rise buildings, wind environment analysis, and performance-based seismic design.
In Seongsu District 4, a building up to 250 meters tall is planned. For this project, Arup will provide comprehensive advanced engineering technologies, including structural system designs optimized for high-rise and super high-rise buildings and ensuring structural safety against seismic and wind loads.
Grant Associates is a global landscape design firm that designed Singapore's Gardens by the Bay and London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The company is internationally recognized for its expertise in designing public spaces and ecology-based designs in large-scale mixed-use developments and high-density urban environments, as well as for creating sustainable urban landscapes.
In Seongsu District 4, Grant Associates will establish an external space strategy that connects super high-rise architecture with the urban context of the Hangang River and Seongsu-dong.
