The on-site visits were carried out to directly implement the company's New Year management policy on-site, aiming to overcome crises through unity and cooperation in a rapidly changing financial environment and to take another leap forward.
CEO Jang Jonghwan visited major centers in Seoul, the metropolitan area, and key regional locations to inspect business operations, review customer service processes, and hold meetings with employees.
During this round of on-site management, the focus was on: ▲ inspecting center operations and business processes, ▲ listening to customer consultation status and financial needs, and ▲ gathering feedback and suggestions from employees regarding their difficulties.
CEO Jang stated, "The field is where changes in the market and among customers are felt most quickly," adding, "Unity and cooperation between headquarters and the field, working toward the same goals, will be a greater force in overcoming crises."
He continued, "Based on the voices from the field, we will enhance our execution capabilities and build a foundation for NH Nonghyup Capital to take another step forward."
CEO Jang plans to gradually improve the business support system and internal processes based on the feedback gathered during the on-site management, and to continuously strengthen a field-oriented management culture through ongoing communication.
