Followed by 256 to 1 for 60㎡C
Winners Announced on January 20 (Tuesday),
Official Contracts from February 2 (Monday) to February 4 (Wednesday)
The Sharp Bundang Centro, a newly built high-end apartment brand in Bundang, has once again demonstrated Bundang's prestige. In the first round of applications, it achieved an average competition rate of 51 to 1, following the success of The Sharp Bundang Tier One, marking another hit in the area.
According to Korea Real Estate Board's application platform, The Sharp Bundang Centro attracted a total of 2,052 applicants for 40 units (general supply) during the first round of applications held on Tuesday, January 13, resulting in an average competition rate of 51 to 1.
The most competitive unit type was the 60㎡A, which saw 580 applicants vying for just 2 units, resulting in the highest competition rate of 290 to 1. Other types also recorded high competition rates, including 256 to 1 for the 60㎡C, 53 to 1 for the 64㎡A, and 44 to 1 for the 84㎡N.
A representative from the sales team stated, "Even in Bundang, which is considered to have the best residential environment nationwide, the area's future value driven by development prospects such as the planned Ori Station Area 4th Technovalley contributed to the high competition rate. With a shortage of new apartments in Bundang, the general sale units focused on the rare 4-bay layouts and a variety of standard features have resulted in high product satisfaction, and we expect excellent results in the contract phase as well."
The Sharp Bundang Centro consists of seven buildings with 647 units in total, ranging from 60㎡ to 84㎡ of exclusive area, spanning from three basement levels to a maximum of 26 above-ground floors. Of these, 84 units are available for general sale. Move-in is scheduled for April 2027. The announcement of successful applicants will be made on Tuesday, January 20, and the official contract period will run for three days from Monday, February 2 to Wednesday, February 4.
What truly sets The Sharp Bundang Centro apart is its status as a new supply in Bundang, an area with strong residential demand but limited new developments, and its location near Ori Station, which is surrounded by large-scale planned developments. In fact, the Ori Station area is slated for several major projects, including the planned Ori Station Area 4th Technovalley, the planned Seongnam Biohealth Advanced Cluster, the planned Baekhyeon MICE Urban Development Project, and the upcoming Yongin Platform City nearby.
The excellent transportation infrastructure, expected to create synergy with these developments, is also highly anticipated. Ori Station on the Suin-Bundang Line is within walking distance, providing access to Jeongja and Pangyo in just three stops, and Gangnam in seven stops. The location also boasts easy access to major arterial roads such as the Bundang-Suseo Urban Expressway, Gyeongbu Expressway, and Daewang Pangyo-ro, offering a prime setting for work-life balance connecting Seoul, Pangyo, and Gwanggyo. In addition, the express bus stop in front of the complex allows for quick access to Gangnam in Seoul and Pangyo, while the major office belt in Jeongja-dong is just two stops away.
The Sharp, as a premium residential brand, offers outstanding product quality. In particular, the newly constructed 78㎡ and 84㎡ units feature a 4-bay, plate-shaped, cross-ventilation layout for both space efficiency and comfort. The popular 84㎡ units include versatile spaces such as an alpha room, pantry, and dressing room, designed to suit various lifestyles.
The exterior of the complex features a curtain wall look design, commonly used in luxury apartments, combining urban sophistication with distinctive architectural details to create a unique atmosphere befitting The Sharp brand. To ensure a complete lifestyle for residents, standard features include an entrance sliding door, built-in wardrobes in both the children's and master bedrooms, a large art wall in the living room, ceramic tiles for the kitchen countertop and backsplash, electric flap upper kitchen cabinets, premium kitchen hardware, a multifunctional bathroom ventilator, LX Hausys windows, system air conditioning in all rooms, a three-burner induction cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave oven. Most of the high-end finishes that are typically sold as paid options in other complexes are provided free of charge, reducing the financial burden for buyers and offering a highly satisfying all-inclusive package.
The complex is designed to be pedestrian-friendly, with no vehicles on the ground level, and offers ample parking with approximately 1.6 spaces per unit, ensuring a safe and pleasant residential environment. Additional features include nature-friendly landscaping with open wind corridors, a pilotis structure for smooth pedestrian flow, and the AiQ system, which combines artificial intelligence with The Sharp's smart technology to enhance daily convenience. Community facilities will include a fitness club, GX room, golf practice range, table tennis room, daycare center, and coin laundry room.
