About 15 people attended the meeting, including Paju Mayor Kim Kyungil, experts from relevant fields, and officials from the Paju Cultural Foundation. The main topic was a "musical-focused professional performance venue," and the key agenda included facility layout plans for a large theater, a small theater, and spaces for exhibitions, experiences, and community functions.

The complex is planned to include a 2,000-seat large theater capable of hosting major performances and concerts, a 300-seat flexible multipurpose theater, as well as various cultural and convenience spaces that are always open to citizens. This diverse configuration is expected to not only enhance the region's cultural standards but also establish the complex as a cultural hub in the Seoul metropolitan area.

The participants generally agreed with the basic plan, but also requested that the supporting facilities for user convenience be sufficiently secured and that future operational plans be made more realistic and detailed.

Based on the discussions from this interim report meeting, the city plans to further specify detailed spatial plans for main and auxiliary facilities, concrete operational methods, feasibility analysis of the estimated project costs, and funding strategies, in order to develop a highly feasible basic plan.

Mayor Kim Kyungil stated, "I hope that by thoroughly reviewing the opinions and requests presented at this interim report meeting and actively reflecting them in the basic plan, we can maximize the purpose of the project to expand citizens' opportunities to enjoy culture."
