In the southern part of Gyeonggi Province, the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon Province, the inland regions of Chungcheong, North Jeolla Province, and the northern inland and northeastern mountainous areas of North Gyeongsang Province, rain or snow is expected until dawn. In the Jeonnam region, the western inland of Gyeongsangnam-do, and Jeju Island, precipitation is expected in the early morning, while on the west coast of South Chungcheong Province, less than 0.1 mm of rain or less than 0.1 cm of snow is expected between morning and midday.

From the 12th over two days, the expected snowfall is 1 to 5 cm in the southeastern part of Gyeonggi Province and the central and northern parts of North Chungcheong Province; 1 to 3 cm in Daejeon, Sejong, inland South Chungcheong Province, and the northeastern mountainous areas of North Gyeongsang Province; around 1 cm in the southwestern part of Gyeonggi Province, southern North Chungcheong Province, eastern North Jeolla Province, and the northern inland of North Gyeongsang Province; and 3 to 8 cm in the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon Province. Expected precipitation is around 5 mm in the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon Province; less than 5 mm in the southeastern part of Gyeonggi Province, Daejeon, Sejong, South Chungcheong Province, North Chungcheong Province, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo; and around 1 mm in the southwestern part of Gyeonggi Province, North Jeolla Province, and the northern inland and northeastern mountainous areas of North Gyeongsang Province.

In regions where snow has recently accumulated, snow that melts during the day may freeze again overnight, creating icy roads or black ice in many areas. Strong winds with instantaneous speeds of around 55 km/h (15 m/s) are also expected in most parts of the country, so caution is advised to prevent safety accidents.

Morning lows are expected to range from -8 to 5 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs from -6 to 8 degrees Celsius. Fine dust concentrations are expected to be at 'good' to 'moderate' levels nationwide. However, in South Chungcheong Province during the early morning, in Daejeon, Sejong, North Chungcheong Province, the Honam region, and Jeju Island between early morning and morning, and in Daegu between morning and late morning, levels may temporarily reach 'poor.'

Wave heights are expected to be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East and West Seas, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea. In offshore areas (within approximately 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 1.5 to 5.5 meters in the East Sea, 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the South Sea.
