IBK Venture Investment Invests 30 Billion Won in Creon Unity

"Policy Finance, Private Capital, and Strategic Investor Join Forces"

IBK Venture Investment announced on January 8 that it has completed a 30 billion won investment in Creon Unity, a company specializing in IT distribution and integrated maintenance services for the financial sector.

The investment was made through the Axis-IBKVC Digital Infrastructure New Technology Business Investment Fund, which was established jointly with Axis Investment.


SGA Solutions, an integrated security solutions company, participated as a strategic investor (SI) in this investment.


An official from IBK Venture Investment explained, "This investment is considered a case in which policy finance, private capital, and a strategic investor participated together, thereby strengthening the company's management stability and laying the foundation for mid- to long-term growth."


Hyo-Seung Cho, CEO of IBK Venture Investment, stated, "This is a policy finance investment that goes beyond a simple financial investment to support the sustainable growth of family business succession companies. Going forward, we will continue to discover small and medium-sized enterprises with competitiveness in the industrial field and contribute to their stable growth and the sustainability of the industrial ecosystem."
