On January 5, Lotteria GRS announced that its burger franchise brand, Lotteria, will launch two varieties of the 'Tongdari Crispy Chicken Burger,' featuring a juicy whole chicken thigh patty.

This new product is characterized by using an entire chicken thigh for the patty, preserving its juiciness. The addition of buttermilk and rice flour enhances the crispy texture, and the 'Multi Drum Breading' method-a continuous process designed to ensure the patty passes through each production stage in optimal condition-has been applied.

The products are available in 'Greek Ranch' and 'Fire Hot' varieties. The 'Greek Ranch' version uses ranch sauce containing Greek yogurt to highlight a refreshing flavor, while the 'Fire Hot' version features a spicy garlic sauce to deliver the bold, spicy taste preferred by Korean consumers.

Lotteria aims to expand its chicken burger lineup and offer consumers a wider range of choices with this new release.

YouTube creator Chimchakman has been selected as the advertising model for the new product. Chimchakman has previously featured Lotteria products such as the 'King Pork Cutlet Burger,' 'Mozzarella Burger,' and 'Squid·Crab Alive Burger' in his mukbang content, maintaining a connection with the brand. Lotteria explained that he was chosen as the model for his high level of understanding of the brand and his familiar, approachable image.

The newly released advertisement video, themed 'The Flawless, Invincible Chicken Burger,' features Chimchakman visiting a Lotteria store to analyze the product, ultimately acknowledging its high quality. The video will be released on January 6 through Lotteria's official YouTube channel, 'Ria Burger Store.'
