On Sunday, the 4th, the entire country is expected to be mostly cloudy with snow falling in some areas.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 3rd, the morning low on the 4th is forecast to range from -11 to 2 degrees Celsius, while the afternoon high will be between 1 and 10 degrees Celsius. Less than 0.1 centimeters of snow is expected in some areas of Chungcheong Province, North Jeolla Province, and the western inland of North Gyeongsang Province through the morning.

For the time being, morning temperatures in the inland areas of northern Gyeonggi Province and in the inland and mountainous regions of Gangwon Province are forecast to remain around minus 10 degrees Celsius. Winds are also expected in these regions, leading to even lower perceived temperatures.
The morning lows by region are forecast as follows: Seoul -4 degrees, Incheon -4 degrees, Suwon -4 degrees, Chuncheon -8 degrees, Gangneung 0 degrees, Cheongju -1 degree, Daejeon -2 degrees, Jeonju -1 degree, Gwangju -1 degree, Daegu 0 degrees, Busan 1 degree, and Jeju 5 degrees.
The afternoon highs are expected to be: Seoul 3 degrees, Incheon 2 degrees, Suwon 3 degrees, Chuncheon 3 degrees, Gangneung 9 degrees, Cheongju 5 degrees, Daejeon 6 degrees, Jeonju 6 degrees, Gwangju 8 degrees, Daegu 7 degrees, Busan 9 degrees, and Jeju 11 degrees.
