Grants of 3 to 10 Million Won Provided Per Organization
Pyeongtaek City in Gyeonggi Province announced on January 2 that it will publicly recruit '2026 Cultural and Artistic Grant Recipients' to support the creative activities of local cultural and arts organizations until January 16.
The application process is divided into three categories: ▲ Performing Arts (music, traditional arts, entertainment, etc.), ▲ Cultural Arts (fine arts, literature, photography, cross-genre, etc.), and ▲ Stage Arts (theater, dance, opera, etc.). Selected organizations will receive grants ranging from 3 million to up to 10 million won.
Cultural and arts corporations or organizations based in Pyeongtaek City are eligible to apply. Applicants must have completed unique identification number registration by December 31, 2024, and have a record of at least one activity per year over the past two years. Gyeonggi Province-designated professional arts corporations and organizations may receive additional support within the budget limits.
Interested organizations can apply online through the Local Subsidy Management System. The city will finalize the recipients after a document review, an evaluation by private experts, and deliberation by the Local Subsidy Management Committee.
