On January 2, Chairman Lee delivered his New Year's address, calling on members to achieve: ▲ fundamental competitiveness at a super-gap level ▲ a major transformation in work methods through the integration of AI ▲ and the strategic positioning of overseas subsidiaries as key bases.

Chairman Lee stated, "We must seize the massive trends of carbon neutrality and energy transition as opportunities, and take the lead in technology and eco-friendly, high value-added product markets that are second to none." He added, "We need to elevate our fundamental competitiveness to a super-gap level."

He continued, "AI is not just a simple tool, but an essential weapon for survival. If SeAH internalizes AI technology by combining it with the vast manufacturing data and process know-how accumulated over many years in the field, we can dramatically enhance productivity and manufacturing competitiveness."

Additionally, Chairman Lee said, "The business sites we have proactively invested in across the world will become even more valuable assets as protectionism intensifies. Please do your utmost to ensure the rapid stabilization of our overseas business sites currently under investment, so that they can serve as the vanguard in creating synergy for the entire group."

Finally, Chairman Lee emphasized the importance of a 'unified labor-management culture,' urging, "Arm yourselves with trust in and reliance on each other, and with a pioneering spirit that refuses to settle for the status quo."
